Charming harbour towns
We have many beautiful harbours. Juelsminde is one of them and there are also all the lovely island harbours in the East Jutland Archipelago. And then, we have all the others, each with their own, distinct attraction.
What is nicer than listening to the sailboats as they gently rock in the water, while sailors and visitors at the harbour stroll along at a leisurely pace. Some take care of a few chores, others eat an ice cream, and it all contributes to creating a cosy, maritime atmosphere.
Denmark’s cosiest harbour town with a irresistible harbour environment, top-notch beaches, plenty of playgrounds, restaurants and cafés as well as its busy shopping area.
Visit Hou and take a seat with a cold beer in the summer or hot cup of chocolate in the winter chill. The marina is located close to the town Odder as well as some of the best beaches of the area.
Norsminde marina is located right where Norsminde Fjord meets the Kattegat via a lock and a narrow entrance.
Sailors make pilgrimages to this super family-friendly marina in a cosy setting, perfectly situated at the mouth of Horsens Fjord. A large playground, a pagoda, an ice cream kiosk and several restaurants as well as small “bush paths” along the beach.
Quiet and intimate marina located at the mouth of Vejle Fjord. Here you are surrounded by forests and beaches - the perfect place to unwind.
We love Horsens Marina for its closeness to the city and its liveliness. For families with young children, there’s a large playing area, a jetty for crab fishing and even a cable ferry.
