Destination Kystlandet

Are you going to take your dog on the camping trip?

In Kystlandet there is also room for man’s best friend. The area invites you to take your dog on holiday, because here you will find forests, open expanses and plenty of coastline for water-loving dogs. Your four-legged friend is also welcome at many of the beautiful campsites.

When the family goes camping, of course the dog must go!

Therefore, for a small charge, you can also take your dog to most of the Kystlandet's camping sites.

Holidays your dog will love you for

At Horsens City Camping you will find both a large fenced dog forest on the site, and a few hundred metres away there is a public dog forest in Elbæk Forest.

If you have a dog who loves water, Saksild Strand Camping is right next to the beach and the sea, where your dog can cool down on a hot summer day. However, be aware that dogs must be kept on a lead from 1 April to 30 September on Danish beaches.

Here you will find all the dog-friendly campsites in Kystlandet
